Please review our shipping policy below regarding shipments within the United States.
1. Shipping Destinations
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
2. Shipping Costs
We strive to provide the best value to our customers.

Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $100.00 USD or more.

Standard Shipping: For orders under $100.00 USD, a flat shipping rate of $6.00 USD applies.

Calculated Rates: For select oversized items or expedited shipping options (if available), rates will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. You will be able to review the total shipping cost before payment.
3. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

Processing Time: 1 - 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (MST) will be processed the following business day.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
4. Estimated Delivery Time (Transit Time)
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

Transit Time: 3 - 7 Days (Monday to Sunday, depending on carrier operations).
Total Estimated Delivery Time: Most customers can expect to receive their package within 4 to 10 business days from the date the order is placed.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
6. Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please understand that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as:

If your package is delayed significantly beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist you in locating your shipment.
7. Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Urbanlivingpicks is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
