Refund policy

At Urbanlivingpicks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your bag, we are here to help.


1. Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

  • Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it: new, unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • Tags & Packaging: It must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or order number.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance".
  • Personalized or custom-made items.

3. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@urbanlivingpicks.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking Fees

  • Defective or Damaged items: If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, Urbanlivingpicks will cover the full return shipping cost. No restocking fee will be charged.
  • Customer Remorse: If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
  • Restocking Fee: We charge no restocking fee ($0) on all returns.

5. Damaged and Issues (Wrong Products)

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately at no extra cost to you.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Late Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@urbanlivingpicks.com.
