Return & Refund Policy

At Urbanlivinglicks, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your bag, we are here to help. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • It must have all original tags attached.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number).

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance".

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • For defective or damaged items, Urbanlivinglicks will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no extra charge.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@urbanlivingpicks.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Return Shipping Cost: Unless the item is defective or damaged, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Bank Processing: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
